Have you ever tried to change your mind, keep your promises to yourself and others and found that there seemed to be a battle going on inside your mind, body and spirit?

Even though every one wants to have a whole brain approach to their actions and beliefs in life, it’s not really so until you make it so. Interestingly enough we have a computer-like software system that the psychologists call the conscious and sub-conscious minds that doesn’t always support our beliefs, desires, and desired actions.

The Conscious Mind operates with short term memory, sets goals, judges, likes new things, is primarily past and future oriented, has limited capacity to stay present and processes a few thousand bits per second.

The Sub-conscious Mind is present time oriented, works with long term memory, stores past beliefs, attitudes and experiences, prefers the familiar, operates all motor functions that keep us alive and processes billions of bits of information per second. This phenomenon has baffled Human kind forever. Now through revolutionary transformational tools provided by this and some of the other e-learning programs in the Wishing Well system (as well as in many other great places!), the earlier formed, unconscious, often sabotaging patterns, energy and beliefs operated out of the Sub-conscious Mind can be easily accessed and changed to fit with your well-intentioned dreams and actions.

Changing the sub-consciousness mind through the energy cross over system

An Energy Cross Over into a higher life force (ECO), can best be obtained through an energy transference initiated by an energy master or facilitator who can recall each level at will and who lives the space in the normal course of life itself.

Note: In the absence of an (ECO) facilitator the following is a Self Help Tool to accomplish levels one, two and three of an Energy Cross Over (ECO).

The following descriptions are not a pure brain wave science; this conversation best describes the brain's activity in conjunction with the mind. When talking about wave hertz (Hz) I am describing the amount of distortion in the mind between left and right brain hemispheres (called brain lateralization in much of the literature). When talk about body tone Hz, I am talking about the amount of stress vibration in the body. Harmonizing wave and tone will produce a deeper baseline Hz overall and of course a better experience of the above benefits.

· (ECO) Level One: The following is a written description of how to achieve and sustain an energy shift from Beta to an Alpha brain wave state.

Beta brain waves, 14-16 HZ and above, are commonly used in everyday life when various parts of the brain's awareness are engaged in left brain, linear and detailed functions…In Beta, consciousness is generally limited to the awareness of thinking, feeling or seeing as one of these things at a time, ie; you can either be aware if yourself or another but if you are aware of one you are not able to be aware of the other. The mind is very active and is often running a distorted tension of at least 60,000 thoughts per day, 85% deemed to be negative and 90% carried over from yesterday…this normally causes a high stressful tone in the body resulting in an overall state of uneasiness or anxiety.

Please note that the brain/mind complex generally does not vibrate at a single Hz frequency but instead various brain/mind sections can operate at multiple HZ waves at one time…the brain/mind will utilize various Hz waves as appropriate and there is no one better place to be as your overall structure/function will adjust your Hz waves based on your needs, consciousness and awareness…as one increases awareness, consciousness and practices shifting your Hz waves you will naturally find baseline Hz levels that will continue to change to best suite your unique ongoing needs and abilities…

Alpha brain/mind waves, 10-13 Hz, are commonly associated with relaxation, prayer, eyes open and eyes closed meditation and is generally engaged when a right brain, creative and inspirational function is necessary…Alpha Hz is often found in parapsychology phenomenon, artistic activities such as painting, music, dancing, photography and even professional sports…in Alpha, consciousness is generally limited to an awareness of two things at a time, ie; aware of me and you, I feel you and me…peak experiences are often found in Alpha, the mind is generally quieter and there is a self awareness and an observatory or witnessing presence; At last I can experience that I am not the mind or body but I am instead the space in which they exist…


1. The (ECO) Level One Energy Exercise Crossing Over From Beta To Alpha.

Select for yourself a quiet place in front of a mirror or practice with someone of like awareness and openness. Find something to prop your elbow on, relax into a comfortable, stress-free position and enjoy the ride.

If you are right-handed, cover or cup your right eye with the palm of your right hand; if you are left-handed, cover or cup your left eye with the palm of your left hand. Do not close the covered eye.

You are now looking into an eye, either yours in the mirror or someone else's across from you. Relax into the stillness of the moment and with your inner attention and consciousness, develop an awareness of your body and release any stress or tension you feel in your system.

This eye work balances the left and right lobes of the brain complex through an exchange of multiplied energy from the palm of your hand, through your eye, into the corresponding lobe of your brain and through the corpus callosum, which is the connecting link between your two brain lobes.

Now let's add a many thousand-year-old Prana Yoga breathing exercise called HAMSA, in Sanskrit, HAMSA means, I am that, I am the breath, the livingness. HAM-SA is the natural sound of the breath going in an out. HAM, being the sound of the in breath and SA, being the sound of the out breath. Put together, HAM-SA, means "I am that, the breath, the livingness or spirit". It is a very powerful breathing technique that shifts the predominant brain waves from Beta to Alpha, de-stresses the body, causes the blood to move to alkaline while oxygenating the cells and allowing them to receive more energy, thereby creating a general experience of overall lightness of being.

So, while maintaining eye contact, begin to breathe in and out fully and deeply, softly whispering HAM, breathing in and SA breathing out…breathing speed is at least one HAMSA per second, the rhythm is similar to an aerobic heartbeat or a march beat. You can increase the intensity by increasing the depth of each breath…this exercise is best accomplished in a state of natural, relaxed, non-doing.

After one to three minutes of HAM-SA breathing, take a deep breath and hold it for about one minute or longer. You may feel a slight lightness of being or an euphoric feeling, just ride the wave, stay present in your beingness while maintaining a meditative soft eye contact and enjoy the ride.

During the HAM-SA breathing, while holding your breath, guide your inner attention to each chakra or nerve plexus (if you know these; otherwise start at the base of your spine and move up to the lower belly, mid-belly below the ribs, heart, throat, between the eyebrows and top of the head), starting from the bottom up (i.e., on the first breath hold, focus on the base of your spine; on the second focus on the lower bellw, etc). As you place your awareness and conscious energy on any particle or dense stressful energy in the body just relax, embrace, let go and it will just melt away.

Exhale, relax and feel your body, expand your awareness and connect to the space of everything around you, both inside and out.

Now close your eyes and take 11 to 15 deep full breaths in and out and fairly close together…now on the 11th to 15th breath, let all the air out, keep it out with a relaxed neutral position. When ready, relax even more and breathe normally, feeling the natural ebb and flow of the body, noticing the quiet mind, the energy exhilarated body and your spatial connection.

Now, after a minute or two, open your eyes, change eyes/hands etc. and repeat the exercise. Keep rotating changing eyes for at least 7 times or until you have reached a meditative Alpha state. If at all possible follow this approximately 20-minute exercise with 15 minutes of eyes closed meditation. Repeat on a daily basis for best long term and lasting results.

2. The (ECO) Level Two Exercise Crossing Over From Alpha To Theta.

Theta brain/mind waves, 6-9 Hz, are commonly associated with psychic ability, lucid dreaming (actually when asleep and dreaming, you are producing theta waves), creativity, healing states, and one in which you can have images, have insights and visions of the future. Theta is generally engaged when a full brain, creative and inspirational function is necessary…a Theta state is associated with uncovering the sub-conscious parts of patterns and memory…the Theta level is generally limited to an awareness of three things at a time, ie; aware of me, you and the very energy we are alive with, I feel you, see you and feel me…peak experiences are often found in Theta, the mind is generally very quiet, the body very relaxed, pictures and colors are present, imagination, creativity is at a peak, there is an inner/outer awareness and attention capability outside self awareness and an observatory or witnessing presence that expands to universal proportions…often there is an enlightened, experiential connection with a living, intelligent spatial energy field referred to as God…

Select for yourself a quiet place, in a comfortable high back chair, with arms on the side and high enough that it will support your head. A couch works well…close your eyes and sit up straight with your hands on your knees.

Now take a deep breath and exhale through an open non restricted mouth while bending forward at the waist, so at the end of your exhale your trunk is parallel to or slightly below your upper thighs.

Now inhale fully through an open non restricted mouth, while raising your trunk back to an upright position, letting the head and neck move naturally back and forth without unnecessary strain.

Repeat for 15-25 breaths while focusing your attention on your third eye and crown charkas…you can actually see the spatial energy field floating and the varying colors to go with it.

Note: As an addition in this state, have someone(s) massage you or use a massager instrument, a car buffer has been found to work well, on each leg first (do 15 - 25 breaths while legs are being massaged - then hold), then thighs (do 15 - 25 breaths while legs are being massaged - then hold), then stomach, chest, arms, back and neck in same way while interspersing breathing each 15 to 25 breaths and then stop when you take your last breath and hold it…this process will speed up the oxygen and blood intake and quantity to the brain, thereby deepening the entire process. You will end up with 7 to 8 start and stop breathing and holding and buffing processes.

On completing the 15th to 25th in breath, slightly arch your back and neck back ward while taking a deep breath and holding it for one to five minutes or as long as you can. Ride through the euphoric sensations, the shifting energy feelings and consciously repeat to your self to let go, even though you are arching backwards…just let yourself experience the shift in consciousness.

With your eyes still closed, breath fully and normally, repeating above steps three more times, spaced fairly close together and never rushed but rather stay in a state of relaxed non-doing.

Now, sitting upright, inhale/exhale, deep, open mouth breaths as before but remain in an upright and seated position. On 11th to the 15th out breath, hold out quietly with no breath as long as you can in a stress free, non-doing state…again experiencing fully any mind, body and spirit sensations while being with yourself in an expanded spatial state. Repeat as often as needed.

Repeat the entire process on a daily basis for best long term and lasting results.

3. The (ECO) Level Three Exercise can be extended To Cross Over From Theta To Delta which produces a condition referred to as Para-Consciousness.

Delta brain/mind waves, 5 Hz or below, are commonly associated with deep and unconscious sleep…in the realms of awareness, transformation and enlightenment they are associated with the ability to connect to everybody and everything all the time…the Buddhists refer to these low and quiet brain wave states as having crossed over into enlightenment. The lower one goes into the Para-Conscious realms of Delta while still being able to stay conscious on this plane of existence, access to total recall occurs and one can do 4 things at one time, ie; I see, feel and think you, me, the energy and an expanded state of total awareness of all things at one time…Delta can be helpful to disclose the unconscious patterns and beliefs that run our lives as we become more awakened… peak experiences are often found repeatedly in Delta if one remains conscious, the mind is generally very quiet, the body very relaxed and there is an inner/outer awareness and attention capability outside self awareness and an observatory or witnessing presence that expands to universal portions…often there is an enlightened, experiential connection with a living, intelligent spatial energy field referred to as God…

The (ECO) Level Three Exercise from Theta To Delta is done exactly like level two except the intensity is increased during the back ward arching of the neck and back…it will therefore be necessary to use a couch if you are by yourself or a spotter in a regular chair as you may go unconscious for 10 to 15 seconds and may fall out of the chair. When you dip into the unfamiliar and unconscious realms of Delta the natural tendenTcy for the body is to go to sleep. The more you arch your neck and back, while taking and holding the last of 15 to 25 breaths, the deeper you will go into deeper realms of altered states…after practice you can begin to stay present as a lucid awareness even though you are experiencing multiple dimensions, people and places.

Note: As an addition in this state, just like already mentioned, have someone use a massager instrument, a car buffer has been found to work well, on each leg first, then thighs, then stomach, chest, arms, back and neck while interspersing breathing each 15 to 25 breaths and to stop when you take your last breath in each series and hold it…this process will speed up the oxygen and blood intake and quantity to the brain, thereby deepening the entire process. You will end up with 6 to 8 start and stop buffing and breathing and holding processes.

As a color and light show additive, do the same above exercises for level two or three, except while bending at the waist, breathing, trunk going up and down, place both of your hands and fingers on your face and cover every orifice…ie; the index and middle fingers cover the eyes, the ring fingers shut off the nose, the little fingers will close off the mouth and the thumbs close off the ears…on the hold breath tightly press all orifices closed, arch back and enjoy the explosion of silence, color and images. Again it is cautioned to either be on a safe couch or have a spotter available for safety.

Repeat the processes on a daily or 3 times a week basis for best long term and lasting results.
